Your cancer experts have experts

Through our membership in the Mayo Clinic Care Network (MCCN) , our doctors have special access to the Mayo Clinic eTumor Board, a multidisciplinary, multi-site discussion, offering informal advice regarding diagnostic tests and treatment options for current, complex cancer cases.

These live video conferences provide a forum for dynamic and collegial conversations with Mayo Clinic and other care network members for the following cancers: breast, cutaneous oncology, genitourinary, lung, gynecological oncology, lymphoma, malignant hematology (not lymphoma) and pancreatic.

RS Pusat Pertamina was given the opportunity to present lung and breast cancer patients cases in the eTumor board forum in April 2023, which was attended by the eTumor Board Mayo Clinic team and also cancer experts from other MCCN member hospitals.

In this forum, patient cases are discussed comprehensively by a team of oncology doctors, namely pathology, radiology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and medical oncology. eTumor Boards are intended to complement, not replace, our existing tumor boards so that patients may receive the best care possible.
